1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 21vip platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and all its users ("User", "you").
21vip is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
21vip may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or any other government-issued document to verify a user's identity when required. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party.
- Report any unauthorized use of your account to us immediately.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
- Make it a habit to log out after every session.
- Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
- If you forget your password, use the platform's password reset feature.
21vip will never ask for your password by email or phone. Any such request is a sign of fraud — please inform our support team.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and validity period.
- Bonus funds can be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Winnings earned from bonuses will not be withdrawable until the wagering conditions are met.
- The same user cannot claim bonus benefits from multiple promotional accounts.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Cashback Offers

6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
21vip ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games are operated by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Rules
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Incomplete transactions due to technical errors may be considered void.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final.
- For sports betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
6.3 Game Provider Rules

8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Using or stealing another player's account information
- Operating an account with the help of bots, automated scripts, or any kind of software assistance
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
- Harassing or misconduct toward other players
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
9 Limitation of Liability
21vip bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by disruptions to third-party servers or payment gateways
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach
- A game being left incomplete due to internet connection issues
- The platform being temporarily unavailable due to a technical error
- Losses caused by providing incorrect information
21vip strives to keep the platform's service uninterrupted and error-free, but cannot provide an absolute guarantee of this. Services may be temporarily disrupted during maintenance or upgrades.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by 21vip
21vip reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraud or deception
- Failure to verify account information
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period
10.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid withdrawable funds will be paid out before the account is closed.
10.3 Voluntary Break
